Ollie and his family went above and beyond. From changing the date a week before when I realised Id booked it wrong, staying in constant communication in the run up when I had questions, to sourcing a speaker with microphone when I realised, the day before the party, that I had not thought of this. They were polite, kind and helpful, and ran perfectly on time. Ollys son was mature and polite- a testament to his parents attitude to business. Thank you, and see you soon

We booked Ollie to set up his Bouncy Castle in a Hall, he was happy to work with us with the times we had the Hall booked from and till. Both Ollie and "The Boss" (his 8 year old son) came and set up the Castle in next to no time. Both Ollie and his son were very kind, courteous, professional and made us laugh with their little jokes. The Boss explained the rules to my children and made sure they understood the most important rule "Have Fun!" which they did. The Castle was super clean and tidy, it looked brand new but Ollie explained it was at least 4 years old because thats how long he has had it and he bought it second hand! The boys came back to collect the Castle 30mins before we had to hand the Hall back, within 20mins they had hoovered the Castle (one of the children snuck on some crisps, Sorry Ollie) , let the air out and packed it away in the Van, it was amazing to watch such a big castle roll up into a small tube shape. We hired equipment from Ollies Bouncy Castle Hire for our sons birthday party and had a great experience. Ollie was really helpful throughout, answered all my questions, and was accommodating when trying to work around timings and hall logistics. The equipment was fantastic and the Disco Dome was a huge hit with the kids Everything was clean, set up professionally, and made the party really special. Would definitely recommend and would happily use again in the future.
